Spring is Here!

Another year has come to an end. We hope you made it through in good health.

This Spring will mark our 2nd year in business. Thank you to all our loyal customers, many of whom have been with us since last year!

Even though we still could get another winter storm or two, we are getting ready for the spring season, ordering supplies and servicing equipment!

As we continue to try and give the best service possible, JK Lawn Maintenance along with everyone else has been subject to rising costs of labor and materials. Some materials as high as 250% since 2020. I'm sure everyone sees this in grocery stores and fuel prices etc. Insurance to protect both you and I in case of a mishap is also on the rise. Fertilizer has seen a astronomical increase, up at least 60%. We are doing our best to keep our prices as low as possible.

Service Agreement Inquiry forms have been sent out through the mail, and should be in your mailbox within the next few days. PLEASE make sure to fill out this form and return by the 31st of March.

This year we will be implementing new changes that we feel will improve services. First being the discontinuation of 'Bi-Weekly' mowing. Most grasses in this region of the country need to be regularly maintained to the production of growth. Regular mowing with sharp blades at the proper height will help keep grass growing at its maximum potential. We will also be implementing a minimum 'dropping trailer' rate. This means regardless of the yard size, if we drop our trailers to mow a lawn, the minimum rate will be thirty five dollars.

As always, our billing is done at the end of each month. We either mail, or email the invoice depending on your preference. On each invoice there is a due date, PLEASE make sure to pay on time! Late fees will be applied for late invoices.

Once the weather becomes warmer consistently, we will hopefully start around the start of April. Thank you for all of your support and the continued loyalty. We are looking forward to another great year with all of you!
